...one party at a time, and with thousands of parties under her belt, that's a lot of dreams!"  In 1997 Sherry and her husband Joe launched Woop-De-Do Party Productions. Their innovative "All Inclusive Carnival Party Package" made them the most sought after children's party company in Bergen, Passaic and Rockland county. From start to finish, they did it all. Every detail was handled by this creative duo and their staff, leaving their clients amazed at the quality, organization and excitement  of the party. The kids loved every minute of the non-stop action which led the parents to say, "What more could my kid ask for?" From ice cream, cotton candy, games, tattoos, face painting, prizes and moon bounces, Woop-De-Do had it covered.  To top it off this all took place right in their backyard under festive colorful tents with music pumping and a party MC to kept the energy going! Woop-De-Do was averaging 300 parties per year for their 10 year run, that's a lot of cake or in their case, cupcakes! 

 

In 2006 Joe and Sherry relocated to South Jersey and came to grips with the fact that hundreds of parties a year was not practical for them and their new budding family. "Woop-De-Do was not the type of business that I could let someone else run... I was at EVERY one of the thousands of parties, except one, when I was in St. Josephs hospital having my first daughter" She went on to say, "The quality of the production that we delivered to our clients is what set us apart. Joe and I oversaw every fine detail of the event. We gained a reputation of being insanely organized and efficient.  We knew after the first year of success that we had to be at every single party."  With that in mind, they made the decision  to scale it down to have more of a "normal" family life. Once  settled into the South Jersey scene, Sherry stumbled upon an amazing children's art studio called Smarty Paints. In talking  with the owner she was given the opportunity to partner with them and bring her Woop-De-Do flair to their studio. For the next few years Smarty Paints was hosting amazing art based birthday parties with loads of Woop-De-Do magic! "Smarty Paints was a transition period for me, I had just had my girls and was ready to slow it down. 300 parties a year was not going to allow me to be the mom I wanted to be. Smarty Paints would! This small town art studio is perfect I thought to myself."

In 2008 the itch was back...Sherry was ready to jump back in with both feet! She was ready to pick up that fast paced career that she left behind in North Jersey. It was then that Sparkle Diva Studios was born. Inspired by her two little girly girls, then 7 & 3 years old, Sparkle Diva was South Jersey's first Mommy & Me Day Spa. It soon became the hottest girls' party spot around, hailing clients from as far as North Jersey and Staten Island. The Sparkle Diva experience was had by thousands of clients and party goers. They offered the ultimate beauty birthday parties as well amazing spa treatments for both moms and daughters. Sparkle Diva was a fully functional kids salon, and even hosted tons of kids events  that were open to the public. "Our events, that by far was my favorite part of Sparkle Diva. It was like you and your child coming to the most amazing birthday party without it being a birthday, just buy a ticket. Our clients loved our events. It was a day out with your daughter or niece or grand-daughter filled with entertainers, spa treatments, singing, dancing....just so much fun. Such  great memories were made by so many."  Unfortunately, in 2015 they closed their doors due to a loss of their lease. At that time, Sherry's oldest daughter was on the brink of breaking into the music world as a Radio Disney up and coming artist. It was then that she needed to focus all of her energy and time in progressing her daughter's musical pursuits.

Now 4 years later,  it's time for the rebirth of this Party Queen. With over twenty years under her belt, she has created Confetti Party Productions. Confetti will bring you all aspects of her expertise in creating and throwing the most amazing, high energy, well orchestrated over the top kids parties and events. From first Birthdays to Sweet 16's and more.... I promise you, Sherry will throw you the party of a lifetime!
